At Craft Sports, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your equipment or apparel doesn't meet your performance standards, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your sports gear in its original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed.
